  1. 1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using our SaaS CRM platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

    These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Service, including CEOs, founders, sales teams, and other business professionals who utilize our customer relationship management, task management, and project coordination features.

  2. 2. Description of Service

    Our SaaS CRM platform provides comprehensive customer relationship management tools that enable businesses to manage customer data and analytics, track sales pipelines and opportunities, automate task management, coordinate projects and facilitate team collaboration, implement customer retention and engagement strategies, generate detailed reports and business intelligence, and access these features through both mobile and desktop applications.

  3. 3. Account Registration and Security

    3.1 Account Creation

    To use our Service, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts, represent that you have authority to bind your organization to these Terms, and maintain and promptly update your account information as needed.

    3.2 Account Security

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account and use strong passwords while enabling two-factor authentication when available.

  4. 4. Subscription Plans and Billing

    4.1 Subscription Plans

    We offer multiple subscription tiers to meet different business needs. Our Starter Plan provides basic CRM and task management features suitable for small teams and individual users. The Professional Plan includes advanced features with enhanced analytics for growing sales teams. Our Enterprise Plan offers the full feature set with premium support and customization options for large organizations with complex requirements.

    4.2 Billing Terms

    Subscription fees are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as specifically required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with thirty days' notice to existing subscribers. Failed payments may result in service suspension or account termination.

    4.3 Free Trial

    Free trials are available for new customers to evaluate our Service without requiring a credit card for trial activation. Trial accounts have access to limited features and data storage capacity. Free trials will automatically convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial period expires.

  5. 5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

    5.1 Permitted Use

    You may use our Service to manage customer relationships and business data, coordinate sales activities and project management tasks, collaborate with team members on customer-related activities, and generate reports and analytics for legitimate business purposes.

    5.2 Prohibited Activities

    You may not use the Service for illegal activities or purposes, upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts, share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals, use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  6. 6. Data Privacy and Security

    6.1 Data Ownership

    You retain complete ownership of all customer data and business information you input into the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights to your business data or customer information. You grant us permission to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. All data processing activities are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

    6.2 Data Security

    We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of data both in transit and at rest, regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, comprehensive access controls and authentication protocols, and robust backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data availability.

    6.3 Data Retention

    Your data is retained for the entire duration of your active subscription. Upon termination of your account, your data remains available for export for a period of thirty days. After this thirty-day period, your data may be permanently deleted from our systems. However, certain backups may be retained for longer periods as required for security and legal compliance purposes.

  7. 7. Intellectual Property Rights

    7.1 Our Rights

    We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, features, content, and related intellectual property. Our trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand elements are protected intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights or licenses in our platform or intellectual property.

    7.2 Your Rights

    You retain all rights to your customer data and business content that you provide to the Service. You may export your data at any time during your active subscription. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and improving our platform's functionality.

  8. 8. Service Availability and Support

    8.1 Service Level

    We strive to maintain ninety-nine point nine percent uptime for our Service and make reasonable efforts to ensure consistent availability. Scheduled maintenance activities will be announced in advance whenever possible. Service interruptions may occasionally occur due to technical issues, system updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    8.2 Customer Support

    Customer support is provided through multiple channels including email, live chat, and phone support during standard business hours. Response times and support levels vary depending on your subscription plan. Enterprise customers receive priority support access and dedicated customer success management.

  9. 9. Modifications to Service and Terms

    9.1 Service Updates

    We may modify, update, or discontinue certain features of the Service with reasonable advance notice to users. New features may be added to existing subscription plans or may require upgrades to higher-tier plans. We will notify users of significant changes that materially affect the functionality or operation of the Service.

    9.2 Terms Updates

    These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. Users will be notified of material changes through email notification or prominent notice within the platform. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  10. 10. Termination

    10.1 Termination by You

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Service until that time. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods unless specifically required by applicable law.

    10.2 Termination by Us

    We may terminate your account and access to the Service if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, fail to pay required subscription fees after reasonable notice and opportunity to cure, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities in connection with the Service, or pose a security risk to our Service or other users.

    10.3 Effect of Termination

    Upon termination of your account for any reason, your access to the Service will be immediately discontinued. Your data will remain available for export for a period of thirty days following termination. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted. All rights and obligations under these Terms will cease except for those provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

  11. 11. Limitations of Liability

    11.1 Service Disclaimers

    The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim all warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free service, and accuracy or completeness of data or content.

    11.2 Limitation of Damages

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid to us in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, regardless of the theory of liability.

  12. 12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of any third party, or any content or data you provide through the Service.

  13. 13. Dispute Resolution

    13.1 Governing Law
